Admissions Process


Admissions Process:

NCCS must receive all of the following before an interview will be scheduled with the Admissions Committee:

1.) A completed application with recent photo of the applicant.

2.) Payment of application fee.

3.) A copy of the student's most recent report card (grades K-8), report card and transcript (grades 9-12).

4.) Completed Student Questionnaire.

5.) A completed Educator's Reference for students entering grades 1-12.

6.) A completed Pastor's Reference form.

7.) A copy of the most recent achievement test results which the student has taken.

8.) A completed Immunization Record form.

9.) An NCCS staff member must view the student's original birth certificate and sign a statement to that effect.

10.) A completed Financial Record Release form from the previous school if applicable.

11.) A completed Authorization to Release Records form.

Once the completed Admissions Packet is turned in, NCCS will schedule the student's entrance exam and a family interview date.
