NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY

North Clackamas Christian Welcomes NHS Students

The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginnings in 1921.   Membership in the NCCS chapter of the NHS is open to students in grades 10-12 who have attended for at least one full semester and by earning a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5.   Additionally, the NCCS Faculty Council, considers qualities of respect, responsibility, trustworthiness, fairness, caring and citizenship
