ATHLETIC REGISTRATION
Registration for Track is now open!
To fill out the form for participation in sports at NCCS, click on the link below, and we will walk you through all the requirements for athletic participation. At the end of the form, simply click 'submit', and we will receive all of your information and payment. We don't currently have the option to submit the Sports Physical forms digitally, so you must present the office with a physical copy. OSAA physical forms are required for high school athletes. Our athletic director will keep each coach updated with a list of their athletes who are cleared to begin participating.
